COEUR d'ALENE, Ida. - Becka Hardy finished fifth overall in the women's division of the 2001 Silverwood/North Idaho College Coaster Cross as the Gonzaga finished second during the event held Saturday afternoon. Three more Gonzaga women also finished in the Top 20 but it was not enough to help Gonzaga catch Whitworth College which placed five runners in the top eight positions.
Ryan Anderson was the men's top runner in 12th position as Gonzaga placed fourth during the Saturday event. Two more Gonzaga runners also placed in the Top 20 for the Zags.
