Gonzaga Crew Hosts Washington State To Open Fall Season

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University men's and women's rowing teams will open the fall racing season this Saturday when the Bulldogs host Washington State University in a head race on the 3,500 meter Spokane River course. Racing will take place in three flights starting at 9:30 a.m. for the first flight, 10:30 a.m. for the second flight and 11:30 a.m. for the final flight. The event will take place at the Gonzaga boat house starting at the Argonne Street Bridge and ending at the GU boat house. Fans can watch racing action from Boulder Beach along Upriver Drive or at the Gonzaga boat house.
