Crew Travels To Head Of The Snake On Friday

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University men's and women's rowing teams will return to the water on Friday afternoon as the Bulldogs will face the Washington State University Cougars for the second time in two weeks. Racing will take place on the Snake River at the Wawawai Landing just outside of Pullman. The men's varsity eight race will start at 1:40 p.m. with all other racing action scheduled for a 4 p.m. start on the 5,000 meter course. Racing at 4 p.m. will include women's varsity eight, women's junior varsity eight, women's novice eight, men's novice eight and men's varsity four. Following this regatta Gonzaga will wrap up the fall racing season at the Head of the Lake Regatta in Seattle on Sunday, Nov. 14.
