Erica Moldenhauer Wins First College Match

MORGAN, Calif. - Gonzaga University's Erica Moldenhauer, playing in the No. 4 singles spot, earned her first colligate win on Friday against the University of Portland at the Korth Tennis Complex. Moldenhauer, a sophomore from Encinitas, CA, defeated Jenna Tanzer in two sets 6-3, 6-1.
Also in singles play Emily Anderson in the No. 1 position defeated Lindsey Griffin 6-2, 4-6, 1-0. In the No. 5 spot Sydney Lederhouse beat Katie Kennel in three sets 6-4, 6-7, 1-0.
Although the Bulldogs put up a good fight the Pilots came out on top 4-3.
