Wet, Windy Day Halts Heather Farr Memorial Second Round

ERIE, Colo. - A wet, windy day hampered play Monday at the Heather Farr Memorial Invitational women's golf tournament hosted by the University of Colorado.
The second round was halted with only a handful of groups having finished the second round, most of the players on the course having anywhere from 1-4 holes remaining in the second round.
The players remaining on the course will tee off Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. PDT to complete the second round, with the third round to follow immediately. The first-day pairings will hold through all three rounds of the tournament.
Gonzaga University finds itself 12th after the first round - the only official results posted Monday - at 308. Southern Methodist University holds the lead at 287.
Freshman Victoria Fallgren paced the Bulldogs with a 75 over the 6,350-yard, par 72 Colorado National Golf Course to tie for 21st after 18 holes. Sage Suffecool is tied for 40th after shooting a 77. Rachel Sibbitt and Jessica Howe each shot 78 and Stephanie Corey had a 79.
Tanya Wadhwa of SMU, Alex Gibson of Texas Tech University and Michelle Edin of the University of Minnesota were tied for the 18-hole lead at 2-under par 70.
