Men's and Women's Rowing Welcome Back Alumni

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University men's and women's rowing programs will welcome back their alumni to the Bulldogs' campus as they host their annual Alumni Weekend, Oct. 22-24.
The weekend will begin on Friday with the fourth annual Men's Alumni Rower Gold Tourney at Indian Canyon Golf Club beginning at 11 a.m., followed by an informal social to be held off campus at Jack and Dan's for both men and women alumni.
The alumni will then have a chance to watch the current Bulldogs compete in the Head of the Spokane on Saturday. The regatta, which is against Washington State University, will be held at the Gonzaga Boathouse on the Spokane River beginning at 9 a.m.
The weekend will continue on Saturday with a social in the Herek Club Room located in the McCarthey Athletic Center. The social will go from 7-9 p.m. Guests are asked to enter the building through the double-glass doors on the southwest side of the McCarthey Athletic Center that face the Patterson Baseball Complex.
The alumni event will conclude on Sunday with Class Day Races/Parents Day. Alumni are welcome and encouraged to participate in the racing. The races will begin at 10 a.m. on the Spokane River.

Get on Hamilton Road heading South
Take a left on Trent heading East
Follow Trent about four miles to Park Road
Take a left on Park Road heading North
Follow Park Road North until it ends at the river
Go left one block and thru the gates to boat house
Once through the gates follow gravel road until you reach the boat house
From I-90 from West
Exit on 282 (Trent/Hamilton Exit)
At bottom of exit take a right onto Trent
Follow instructions above once on Trent
From I-90 from East
Exit on 287 (Argonne Exit)
Head North on Argonne towards Mt. Spokane Park
Follow through four stop lights until you reach Trent
Take a left on Trent and follow about two miles
Take a right on Park Road heading North
Follow Park Road North until it ends at the river
Go left one block and thru the gates to boat house
Once through the gates follow gravel road until you reach the boat house
