Jessica is the epitome of a Gonzaga Bulldog -- it’s not the size of the Bulldog but the size of the fight in the Bulldog”. Jessica has been an amazing team member and natural leader for us since the day she arrived on campus. She has played in our starting five every single tournament for five years. She has been on time, organized and prepared 100% of the time. She is a great example to her teammates and no one has ever had more competitive spirit than Jess. We will miss Jess every single day from here forward. She has been the heart and soul of our program for five years and we will be forever changed for having had her. Her last tournament being a West Coast Conference Championship is a fitting end to an amazing career.
Charlie’s calm and relaxed personality has always been a great asset to the team and coaches. He’s been one of our regular travelers the last three years and we’re looking forward to having him return this fall and take advantage of the extra year of eligibility.
Cam’s competitive spirit and team first attitude will be missed as he moves into the next stage of his life. He’s been a great teammate and fun personality to have on the team.
Matt brought a lot of competitive experience to the program along with a strong work ethic and a great touch around the greens. His honesty is enlightening and usually brings a smile to the coaches faces. Having red-shirted his first year of college, we’ll be getting him back for a Covid 6th season this fall.
Chris’ impact on the team cannot be expressed enough. He came into the program and made a huge impact in a number of areas. His work ethic, team chemistry dynamics and overall humanity has been a pleasure to experience. Fortunately, we’ll get to see him around campus next year as he finishes up his MBA.
