A fall graduate out of Kamiakin High School Kennewick, Washington. Great team leader! Participated in many community service projects. Terrific grades in a tough major “Engineering”. Competed in three MCC tournaments! #10 on our top 10 10K list. Giving! Caring! Will go places in life. Loves being a Zag for life.
Mason came in from Brophy Prep out of Scottsdale, Arizona with a boat load of energy to pursue great things in the classroom , in the community, and as a Division 1 distance runner. During his 4 years, he has made a great impact! Named a team captain! Ran with the jersey in the West Coast Conference XC meet in 2019. Would help us take 6th at the NCAA West Regional meet in Colfax, Washington in 2019. On the oval would run a personal best 9:12.97 just this past weekend at Oregon State. Terrific student! Just a great guy who helps the Zag runners flow with a nice team buzz. I know Luke will move on to work on an advanced degree at Arizona State. With eligibility left, I think he’ll be a guy that will bring the Zag spirit to the Sun Devils.
Our Orange County runner. Javier ran high school track and cross country out of Mission Viejo High School. Fought through a lot of injuries but never gave up the fight! A team guy! Unselfish! Always has his back for his mates. Very even keel personality. The team just loves this kid. Javier is going places in this world.
Wow! The Coeur d’ Alene High School grad has been a key contributor for the Zags on the track! Presently ranked #7 on our top ten list on the 3000 meter steeplechase with a (8:58.84) mark this past weekend. That is a likely NCAA Qualifying mark. Walde has been our team rep for SAAC. Valuable team member in what he does for our community outreach. Engineering major. Walde is going places and will always be a ZAG!!!!!
