SPOKANE Wash. – Gonzaga men's golf head coach Robert Gray announced the signing of Daniel Nunez on Thursday.

"We're excited to have Daniel joining us this fall," Gray said. "Being a Graduate transfer, he has a lot of collegiate experience which includes multiple individual and team wins. That experience will be a huge benefit for him and the team next season. In addition, Daniel is a great student and he will be an excellent teammate."

Nunez comes to Gonzaga from Trinity College, a Division III school in San Antonio, where he was named to the PING All-American Third and All-West Teams in 2020. In 2021, he was named to the All-SCAC Second Team.

During his time at Trinity, Nunez was a two-time individual winner at the SCAC Preview, a two-time GCAA All-American Scholar and was named to the SCAC Spring Academic Honor Roll twice.
