Machu Earns West Coast Conference Runner of the Week

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Gonzaga women's cross country's Rosina Machu has won Credit Union 1 WCC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week honors, announced by the Conference on Tuesday.
CREDIT UNION 1 WCC WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER OF THE WEEK – ROSINA MACHU, SR. – GONZAGA
Machu placed third at the Nuttycombe Invitational last Friday, leading the No. 18 Gonzaga women to an eighth-place team finish that marked their highest in program history. Machu led for the majority of the 6K championship race before earning Gonzaga's highest-ever individual finish, placing third with a time of 20:06.2.
