Women's Tennis Wrap Up ITA Regional Championships

BERKELEY, Calif. – Gonzaga women's tennis wrapped up play Sunday at the ITA Northwest Regional Championships in Berkeley, Calif., closing out the final day of competition.
Emily Robertson highlighted the day for the Bulldogs with a 6-2, 6-3 singles win over Oregon. Ella Nielsen also picked up a victory after her opponent retired the match. Madeline MacNeille dropped her contest 6-1, 6-3 to UC Davis, while Karla Brown fell 7-5, 7-1 against Pacific.
In doubles play, Robertson and Elizabeth Tindera battled but came up short in an 8-4 loss to Cal.
The tournament marked the conclusion of Gonzaga's appearance at the ITA Northwest Regional Championships. Full draws and results are available here.
