SPOKANE, Wash. – The annual Numerica Kraziness in the Kennel returned in front of a sold out McCarthey Athletic Center Saturday.
ESPN's Sean Farnham returned to host the event, while the Seattle Seahawks' DJ, DJ Supa Sam, made his debut. Gonzaga fans cheered on several new faces and a talented group of returners as they were introduced, enjoyed several video features, all before a three-point contest, half-court shootout, and intersquad scrimmage. Adam Miller.
The navy team made a last second stand to hold on for a 41-39 win over the white squad.
Braden Huff led all scorers with 17 points on the white team, while
Graham Ike grabbed 10 rebounds. Miller scored 13 points for the navy squad.
Braeden Smith dished out a game-high five assists during the 20-minute scrimmage.
Gonzaga hosts Northwest (Wash.) in an exhibition Oct. 19 at 2 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on SWX, with live radio and stats available through GoZags.com.
