Head coach
Natalie Pluskota-Hamberg announced the addition of Angelina Hug. She joins the program after competing at UNC Asheville. Hug will arrive on campus with one year of eligibility and will pursue a master's degree in Sport Administration.
Hug was a consistent contributor for the Bulldogs of UNC Asheville, competing primarily in the middle of the lineup in both singles and doubles.
"We're thrilled to welcome Angelina to Zag Family. Her competitive work ethic, positive spirit, and strong tennis IQ make her a perfect fit for our team culture," head coach said. "She brings an energy that lifts everyone around her, and I'm confident she will make an immediate impact both on and off the court."
Hug shared her excitement for joining Gonzaga, stating, "Good people, good energy, big dreams."

Elizabeth Tindera...Named Big South Conference Player of the Week three times...First Team All-Conference selection in singles and Second Team All-Conference selection in doubles with Tindera...2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection...2025 ITA Scholar-Athlete.
2023-24 Season (Freshman) - Went 12-4 including 3-2 in league play in singles, earning 10 wins at No. 4 and two wins at No. 5...Earned All-Conference Second Team honors in singles play...Went 11-1 with Rosie Dickson including 5-0 at No. 2 doubles to earn All-Conference First Team doubles honors...Also picked up four wins at No. 2 doubles with Louise Booker...Named Big South Conference Freshman of the Week twice...2024 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Scholar-Athlete.
