The women's tennis team closed out its last home match of the season. Playing against Seattle U, the Zags swept the courts in a 4-0 victory.
The energy began early for the Zags in doubles play.
Rose Hayes and
Sveva Zerpelloni brought the heat in doubles play, taking the win 6-4. Back on court one is the fierce duo of
Emily Robertson and
Ella Nielsen, who snagged the doubles point for the Zags, 7-5.
The momentum continued into singles play with
Rose Hayes sweeping the court against Seattle U's Daria Nazarenko, 6-2 and 6-0.
Elizabeth Tindera also had a good lead in singles play, claiming the first set 6-0; Seattle U then forfeited during the second set.
Sveva Zerpelloni took the last point for the Bulldogs against Natalia Michita, 6-2 and 6-3.
The Bulldogs will be heading down to California, where they will play against Santa Clara on April 17th.
