Women's Rowing Named WCC Crew Of The Week

Bulldogs' Varsity Eight helped capture the Fawley Cup

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Gonzaga's varsity eight had a strong showing last weekend to help capture a second straight Fawley Cup en route to being named West Coast Conference Crew of the Week.

WEST COAST CONFERENCE CREW OF THE WEEK – GONZAGA'S VARSITY EIGHT
Gonzaga's varsity eight defeated Washington State to help the Bulldogs capture the Fawley Cup for the second consecutive season and fifth time in program history. The Gonzaga crew edged out Washington State with a time of 7:20.88 on Snake River. This is Gonzaga's first conference honor of the season.
