Biography
2017-18: Placed 19th overall in the second varsity eight boat at the NCAA Championships…claimed first place in the second varsity eight at the West Coast Conference Championships…took second in the varsity four boat in the Fawley Cup vs. Washington State…finished second in the varsity four at the Lake Natoma Invitational…had another second place finish in the second varsity eight against Oregon State…finished eighth overall in the second varsity eight at the San Diego Crew Classic…notched a first place finish in the second varsity eight at the Hornet Invite…placed fourth in the second varsity eight at the Head of the Spokane.
2016-17: Finished 18th overall with the varsity four at the NCAA Championships, setting a new record time … won the WCC Championship with the varsity four boat … took fifth in the B Final at the Clemson Invitational with the second varsity eight … had three runner-up finishes with the second varsity eight at the Lake Natoma Invitational … finished fifth with the second varsity eight in the fall’s Head of the Lake.
2015-16: Took first in the novice eight boat in the Portland Fall Classic…took third at the Head of the Lake in the third varsity eight boat…defeated Oregon State in the varsity four boat…took second at the San Diego Crew Classic in the open eight boat…took second in the varsity four boat at the WCC Championships…took first in the D Final in the varsity four boat at the NCAA Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Saint Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco…in addition to rowing, played soccer and ran cross country…in the boat, placed sixth at the Southwest Regional Championships in 2015 in the varsity eight boat…placed third in 2014 in the JV eight boat…placed second in the 2014 Scholastic Nationals in the JV eight boat…was most improved freshman year and won the Coaches’ Award her sophomore season…3.0 GPA.
MISC: Daughter of Bart and Simone…has three sisters, Madelyn, Genevieve, and Charlotte…father, Bart, played wide receiver at Santa Clara and uncle, Len, was a linebacker there…cousin, Sean, played football at Chapman University in Orange, Calif.
