Biography
JUNIOR (2014-15): Appeared in two events for Gonzaga … played five rounds … had a 76.20 round average … shot a 73 (+1) in the third rounds at the Husky Invitational and the Prestige at PGA West … tied for 35th at the Husky Invitational.
SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Teed off 2013-14 at Itani Quality Homes Collegiate (Sept. 9-10), tying for 58th with 224 strokes (+14)…carded 233 strokes (+17) at Kikkor Husky Invitational (Sept. 16-17)…shot 235 (+18) at Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational (Sept. 23-24), tying for 67th…counted 234 strokes (+18) at Brickyard Collegiate (Oct. 4-6)…fired 238 (+22) at Rice Intercollegiate (Feb. 17-18)… competed at WCC Championship (April 14-16), counting 238 strokes (+22).
FRESHMAN (2012-13): Was a member of the Grand Valley State University men’s golf team…participated in two tournaments…tied for 29th at the GLIAC Fall Invitational after posting a 36-hole 153 (74-79) and posted a 155 (77-78) at the Great Lakes Fall Regional… was on the Dean’s Honors List both winter and spring semester.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Hill Park Secondary School in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada…was a competitive member of multiple Canadian junior tournaments…won the GAO Ontario Juvenile Boys’ Championship shooting a 54-hole 211 (69-74-68) and the Canadian Junior Boys Inter-Provincial Championship in 2011, and placed third at the GAO Ontario Junior Championship…earned a first place finish at the CJGA Kaneff Junior Series at Century Pines with a score of 75, and notched second place finishes at the 2012 Greens & Dreams Junior Invitational with a 54-hole score of 222 (74-75-73) and the MJT Ontario Series at Listowel Golf Club with a 36-hole score of 147 (76-71)…placed in the Top-10 of two Ontario Junior match play championships, placed in the Top-10 at the Ontario Spring Classic, placed in the Top-10 at the Quebec CN Future Links Championship and qualified for the 2012 Canadian Men’s Amateur Championship.
