Rian G. Oliver Enrichment Lab
Opened in January 2018, the Rian G. Oliver Student-Athlete Enrichment Lab is a state-of-the-art, 10,000 square foot study space provided exclusively for current Gonzaga student-athletes. The open floor design with dozens of work spaces provides both a sense of community and welcomeness along with an ability to be productive and achieve academic and personal goals. Student-athletes are able to access the lab via their student ID card seven days a week to study, meet with tutors, see academic services, life skills and compliance staff, and utilize any of the resources the lab has to offer. The lab includes:
  • Large open-floor plan with couches, lounge chairs, beanbags, and tall windows which allow for a plethora of natural sunlight
  • 16 open work stations with computers
  • Nine private workstations with computers
  • 15 community work areas
  • Two study rooms each with a large white board
  • 10-seat conference room with a large white board and computer projector
  • 48-seat multi-purpose room equipped with a large white board and computer projector
  • Academic Services, Life Skills, and Compliance staff offices
  • Printer/Copier/Scanner
  • Kitchen with fridge, microwave, and sink
