Q: Who can sign up for the Jr Zag Club? 
A: Per NCAA Compliance regulations, kids 12 and younger are eligible to join. On their 13th birthday, they will automatically graduate from the Kids Club. 

Q: Do current members need to re-register each year? 
A: When you register, you can opt into automatic annual renewal. If you do not opt in for automatic renewal, we will send you a renewal email each year, until the member graduates from the Jr Zag Club. 

Q: When will we get the Jr Zags membership pack? 
A: Members can pick up their pack at our Women's Basketball games. If you cannot attend any of these games, you can email juniorzagclub@gonzaga.edu to schedule a date and time to pick up your pack. Parents can also elect for the pack to be mailed to their address for an additional $8 shipping fee.  

Q: I chose to ship the membership pack to my house. When should I expect it to arrive? 
A: You should expect it within 3 weeks of registration.

Q: Is there a physical membership card?
A: Yes, there is a physical membership badge you can use to enter Gonzaga sporting events, except basketball games. The Jr. Zag Club member's guardian will also be sent a virtual Zag membership card that can be used for entry to games as well.

Q: How do we get entry to the three select free women’s basketball games? 
A: The Jr. Zag Club member's guardian will be sent an email before the basketball season with links to reserve your tickets to the complimentary games. Free tickets for Jr. Zag Club members will be available for reservation until one week before game day.

Q: I have changed addresses since submitting the registration form, what do I do? 
A: Please email juniorzagclub@gonzaga.edu with your new address and we will update it.
