Gonzaga University Athletics

Jacob Kanno is a junior studying accounting. Kanno joined the Gonzaga staff as a team manager in 2015. Kanno works closely with Coach Tyson to bring about a high level of team spirit and camaraderie within the program.

Kanno has served as the team's photographer, videographer, and statistician. He was appointed as the official timer for the 2016 Gonzaga-Idaho Dual Meet.

Kanno worked as Gonzaga Athletics' Sports Video Intern in 2016-2017. He was responsible for filming content displayed on the video boards at Gonzaga Men's and Women's Basketball games.

Prior to Gonzaga, Kanno graduated from 'Iolani School, a high school located in Honolulu, Hawai'i. Kanno participated in varsity cross country, basketball, and volleyball. During 2014, Kanno served as 'Iolani Varsity Football's assistant video coordinator. Kanno helped 'Iolani Football win the 2014 HHSAA Division II State Championship.
