Women's Tennis Upset By Saint Mary's 5-2

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The Gonzaga University women's tennis team was upset in a consolation match of the West Coast Conference Championship on Saturday afternoon as the Zags fell to No. 7 seed Saint Mary's College 5-2.
The 6th-seeded Zags will face No. 8 seed University of San Francisco on Sunday afternoon for the seventh/eighth place contest to be held at the University of San Diego. Gonzaga started off by barely losing the doubles point and then proceded to drop to the top four seeded matches against the Gaels. Saint Mary's defaulted the final two matches to give Gonzaga its two points in the match.
