Dru Ernst Left Standing in ITA Regional

EUGENE, Ore. - Junior Dru Ernst was the only Gonzaga University men's tennis player left standing after receiving a bye in the second consolation round on the second day of tournament play of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Fall Regional. Ernst defeated Tim Welty of Saint Mary's College in straight sets (6-2, 6-4) and will face Scott Felsenthal of University of Washington on day three of the tournament on Sunday afternoon.
