Women's Basketball Hosts First Annual Food Drive

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University women's basketball team invites all members of the Spokane community to take on the challenge of hunger as the Bulldogs take on UC Riverside on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 2 p.m. in the team's First Annual Canned Food Drive in The Kennel.
Three cans of food will drop the regular priced admission in half to $2.50 for adults and $1.50 for children.
The individual bringing the most cans of food will win a special prize, courtesy of the women's basketball team. The doors to this exciting event will open at 1 p.m.
Student ticket distribution for Dec. 28 and Jan. 4 men's basketball games will be moved up to 4:30-7 p.m. on Sunday, with priority going to those students in attendance at the women's basketball game.
