PORTLAND, Ore. - The UC Riverside Highlanders (3-12) swept the doubles matches and won five-of-six singles matches to defeat Gonzaga in Portland Saturday.
The Highlanders got off to a great start, as they swept the doubles matches to earn the point.
Drew Ernst defeated Dan Stevens in three sets 6-1, 5-7, 10-3 to earn the lone point of the day for the Bulldogs.
Gonzaga plays WCC foe, University of Portland Sunday at 1 p.m.
