Women's Basketball Battles Idaho At 3 p.m. Saturday

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University women's basketball team will open a seven-game home stand on Saturday afternoon when the Bulldogs host the University of Idaho Vandals. The game will start at 3 p.m. at the McCarthey Athletic Center and will broadcast in the Spokane area on KHQ-TV, Channel 6. The game can also be heard on the radio on Spokane station KGA 1510 AM with a 30-minute pregame show on the radio. Tickets are still available for the game and can be purchased at the McCarthey Athletic Center ticket office on game day.
Gonzaga is off to a 6-2 start and will host Portland State University on Monday night at 7 p.m. prior to taking off a week for the Christmas Holiday. The Bulldogs return to action against the University of Utah at 7 p.m. on Dec. 29 followed by a New Year's Eve home game against Denver University at 1 p.m.
