Bulldogs Drop Non-Conference Match To Northern Arizona

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 non-conference match to the University of Northern Arizona at the Spokane Racquet Club Friday evening
The Bulldogs (5-11) put together a series of well played matches against Northern Arizona but could only come away with one doubles win. The Zags No. 1 pairing of Roman Dojcak and Scott Sullivan posted a 9-7 win in doubles but UNA held off the Bulldogs in the two remaining doubles matchups.
In singles play, Dojcak and Sullivan each saw their matches go three sets but both came up short as UNA went on to take all six singles matches.
Gonzaga hosts Lewis-Clark State College 6 p.m. Saturday.
