Bulldogs Up One Spot In USA Today Coaches Top 25

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga University women's basketball team moved up one spot in the USA Today Coaches Top 25 Poll, checking in at No. 24 Tuesday.
The Bulldogs garnered 28 more votes than a week ago for a total of 73 Tuesday. The Zags, currently 3-1 on the year, are ahead of DePaul University in 25th with 54 votes and behind Oklahoma State University in 23rd with 153 votes.
Gonzaga is now No. 24 in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Top 25 Poll.
West Coast Conference members BYU and Saint Mary's College continue to also receive votes. BYU earned 17 votes, while Saint Mary's garnered 13.
The University of Connecticut holds on to the top spot with all 32 first-place votes and 800 total votes.
The Zags return to action Saturday, Nov. 30 when they host Colgate University. The game is set for 2 p.m.
