Sean Carlino Shoots Third-Round 74 At Ontario Amateur

GEORGETOWN, Ontario - Gonzaga University men's golf junior to-be Sean Carlino shot a third-round 3-over par 74 Thursday and is tied for 41st at 220 entering Friday's final round of the Investors Group Ontario Amateur Championship being played at The Club at North Halton.
Carlino, from Hamilton, Ontario, had three birdies and six bogeys on the front nine, then shot an even-par 35 on the back nine with seven pars, a birdie and a bogey over the par 71, 6,532-yard course.
Taylor Pendrith of Richmond Hill, Ontario, atop the leaderboard entering play Thursday, is tied with Corey Conners at 206 after 54 holes, two shots ahead of a trio of golfers.
