Gonzaga among talented 17-team field
SPOKANE, Wash. – The Gonzaga men's golf team continues their fall schedule at the Bill Cullum Invitational hosted by Cal State Northridge Monday and Tuesday.

The 23-year old tournament recently changed its name to the "The Bill Cullum Invitational" after the legendary CSUN men's golf coach. In previous years, the tournament has been called "The Countrywide Invitational" and in 2006 was renamed "The Bill Cullum/Countrywide Invitational."
The 17-team tournament field is comprised of Air Force, Boise State, Cal Poly, Cal State Fullerton, CSUN, Gonzaga, Grand Canyon, Hawai'i, Idaho, San Diego, Southern Utah, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara, Utah State, Utah Valley and Weber State. Utah State is the defending team champion while Cal State Fullerton's Derek Castillo won the 2017 Individual title by tying the tournament record score of -14, 202.
