Three Zags in Top 30 with Torre in at T11

LAS VEGAS – Gonzaga women's golf moved up to seventh as a team with three players in the top 30 after the final round of the Rebel Beach Invitational on Tuesday in Las Vegas, Nevada.

"We played solid for the last 45 holes in our first tournament of the spring after digging too big of a hole in the first nine holes of the first round," head coach Brad Rickel said. "We continued to climb the leaderboard the rest of the tournament. Federica [Torre] was our best and most steady from start to finish. We look forward to taking this experience to our next tournament."
Duong's 72 included three birdies and three bogeys to post GU's top score on the day. Torre shot a solid 74 (+2) in the final round with a pair of birdies.
Gonzaga's team score on the day was capped by a 74 (+2) from freshman Cassie Kim and a 76 (+4) by senior Jessica Mangrobang. Kim posted two birdies in the round, while Mangrobang had one.
