MTEN: Four Zags Looking to Continue Runs in the ITAs this Weekend

The tournament begins on Friday morning
SPOKANE, Wash. – Four Zags look to continue their run in the ITAs with the Northwest Super Regional Championships taking place this weekend in Seattle. Junior Oliver Andersson, freshman Arthus de la Bassetiere, junior Matthew Hollingworth and sophomore Sasha Trkulja prepare to take on the best in the northwest after moving on from last week's regional in Portland.
In round one starting Friday, Andersson will take on the No. 7 in the tournament, Ewen Lumsden from Washington. His match will start at 9 a.m. de la Bassetiere will take on Aryan Chaudhary of Seattle University, also starting at 9 a.m. Hollingworth will play at 10:30 a.m. as he battles against the No. 6 seed Sema Pankin of Portland. Finally, Trkulja will be taking on Mate Voros of Sacramento State starting at noon.
Looking forward to the round of 16, if necessary, matches would start at 12 p.m. with the last round starting at 3 p.m.
On the doubles side, Trkulja and Hollingworth are teamed up to take on a team from University of California. The match begins at 6 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
The Zags competed in the Northwest Regional tournament in Eugene, Oregon, where Arthus de la Bassetiere and Sasha Trkulja met in the finals, but did not play the match. The tournament ended with four Bulldogs qualifying for the ITA Northwest Super Regional Championship.
