Bolton Named Academic All-Conference

Virginia native boasts 3.72 GPA as grad student
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Gonzaga men's basketball student-athlete Rasir Bolton was named to the 2023 West Coast Conference Academic Team the league announced Tuesday.
Bolton, who was named honorable mention All-WCC last season after transferring from Iowa State, boasts a 3.72 cumulative grade point average and is wrapping up his Masters in Organizational Leadership. During his two seasons at GU, he has spent many hours bettering the Spokane with his volunteer service in the community.
On the court, Bolton has started in all 62 of his appearances in a Zag uniform. He has scored 681 of his 1,817 career points at Gonzaga. This season the Petersburg, Va., native, has averaged 10.7 points, while dishing out 78 assists.
