226 GU student-athletes earn academic honors
SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga student-athletes earned a near record total of 226 academic honors and combined to post a departmental 3.51 grade-point average, which marks the fifth consecutive semester with a Departmental GPA at or above 3.50 (and 10th above a 3.45).

Of the 226 student-athletes to earn University honors, a 103 earned their way onto the President's List (3.85-4.0 GPA), and 123 earn Dean's List Honors (3.5-3.84 semester GPA), which ranks second all-time. GU's combined GPA of 3.51 marks the 17th consecutive semester that the student-athletes combined to post over a 3.30. Additionally, 52 of our student-athletes earned a perfect 4.0 GPA, which is third all-time.

The Gonzaga women's basketball team earned a departmental-high 3.75 Team GPA, followed by women's golf with a 3.69, and women's tennis with a 3.68.

Gonzaga's women's rowing had 48 team members earn their way onto honors lists, the highest team total, including a department-high 28 on the President's list. Baseball followed with 26 student-athletes on honors lists, with a department-best 23 on the Dean's List.
