SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga student-athletes earned a total of 201 academic honors and combined to post a departmental 3.50 grade-point average, which marks the sixth out of the last seven semesters with a Departmental GPA at or above 3.50.
Of the 201 student-athletes to earn University honors, a 112 earned their way onto the President's List (3.85-4.0 GPA), which ranks second all-time, and 89 earn Dean's List Honors (3.5-3.84 semester GPA. GU's combined GPA of 3.50 marks the 19th consecutive semester that the student-athletes combined to post over a 3.30. Additionally, 39 of our student-athletes earned a perfect 4.0 GPA.
The Gonzaga women's golf and tennis teams earned departmental-high 3.78 Team GPA, followed by women's cross country and track with a 3.71, and men's tennis with a 3.65.
Gonzaga's women's rowing had 37 team members earn their way onto honors lists, the highest team total. Women's cross country and track was second with 30 student-athletes on honors lists, with a department-best 20 on the President's list.
