HIGH SCHOOL: Watson ranked 46th on 247 Sports and was a four-star recruit ... the forward is a local product out of Gonzaga Prep ... Watson led Gonzaga Prep to a pair of 4A state titles ... He scored 33 points in a 69-43 win over Mt. Si in the 2019 title game ... Watson averaged 21.6 points, 7.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists as a senior ... He was named the Associated Press and Seattle Times All-State Player of the Year in 2018 and 2019 ... a two-time state tournament MVP and two-time Greater Spokane League MVP ...
