Fois begins his fourth year on the Gonzaga men’s basketball staff as the Coordinator of Basketball Analytics and Video Operations. He handles video breakdown and exchange, evaluate player analytics for the coaching staff and assist with day-to-day program operations. Fois also assisted head coach Mark Few on Team USA at the Pan-American Games in the summer of 2015 as the video coordinator.
Fois was an assistant coach for the Italian national team during the 2017 FIBA EuroBasket Championship. Ettore Messina was the head coach.
Prior to Gonzaga, Fois served as a graduate assistant for the men’s basketball program at Pepperdine University from 2012-14, while earning a Master of Business Administration. A native of Italy, Fois also earned his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communication, where he also played one season with the Waves.
Fois also has experience playing in Italy’s Third Division from 2009-12, and on the Italian Junior National Team from 2004-08.
