Biography
2016-17: Finished third in the Western Sprints with the third varsity eight … defeated Washington State in the Fawley Cup as a member of the novice eight boat … finished runner-up in the Husky Open in the third varsity eight boat … took second ahead of UCSD in the novice eight boat in San Diego … defeated Washington State at the fall’s Head of the Snake in the second varsity eight boat … downed WSU at the Head of the Spokane with the second varsity eight.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Bothell High School in Bothell, Wash…was on the crew team where he won in the lightweight eight boat at Junior Nationals and in the lightweight four boat at the Northwest District Championships…he competed twice at the Junior Nationals as part of the Everett Rowing Association…had a 3.76 GPA.
MISC: Son of Ralph and Andrea…has a brother, Connor, and sister, Caeley…Connor is a senior on the GU rowing team…majoring in mechanical engineering…he chose Gonzaga for the relationship with the professors and sense of pride and community…he enjoys hiking and mountain climbing.
