Prior to Gonzaga
- At Central Catholic, Brown placed 4th at the 2018 Oregon 6A Cross Country State Championships at 15:42. He helped lead his team to a sixth state title in the last seven years. Brown was named the 2018 Mt. Hood Conference cross country runner of the year, along with picking up three individual wins during his senior season.
