Biography

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Gahr High where she was coached by Steve Orr...three-time San Gabriel Valley League individual champion and two-time league Player of the Year...two-time qualifier for the USGA Women[apos]s Amateur National Championship in 2007 and `08...made Southern California America[apos]s Cup squad and finished third in the individual competition with a three-round total of 219 to set a tournament record at 10-under par with rounds of 71-73-75...in 32 junior tournaments in 2008 post 21 Top 10 finishes...3-year member of the Tiger Woods National Junior Golf Team...senior year finished fourth at the prestigious Knabe Cup with a round of 73, tied for 19th at the CIF Southern Individual Regional (78), was eighth at the CIF Individual Finals (73) and tied for ninth at the WSCGA Southern Regional State Championship (73)....in 2008 had a stroke average of 76.6...The Long Beach Press Telegram named her to the first team 'Dream Team' each of four straight years, including being named the 'Dream Team' Golfer of the Year for 2008...captain of the Junior Amateur Golf Scholars Western All-Star team.

VICTORIA FALLGREN[apos]S COLLEGIATE CAREER

FRESHMAN (2009-10): Shot a final-round 79 and finished 23rd at the Callaway Golf Junior World Championships at Torrey Pines Golf Course - North Course in the summer of 2009...finished with 72-hole score of 304 with rounds of 73-75-77-79, one stroke out of tie for 20th....was the top American after two rounds as she was tied for fifth...one of three players to compete in all nine regular-season matches and West Coast Conference Championship for Gonzaga...captured her first title in her first collegiate match by winning the Bulldogs and Eagles Invitational at Spokane[apos]s Hangman Valley Golf Course...one day after teammate Sage Suffecool had tied the school record with a 70, shattered the mark with a final-round 67 on her way to a school 54-hole record of 217, breaking record of 220 shared by teammate Jessica Howe and Mary Kate Morgan, Howe[apos]s record coming during the 2009 season and Morgan[apos]s in 2005...tied 54-hole record at the Fresno State Lexus Classic with rounds of 69-76-72 to tie for second and help Gonzaga to fourth-place finish with season-low 903...after shooting an opening-round 72 at the Jackrabbit Invitational in Primm, Nev., but signed an incorrect scorecard reflecting a 71 and had to take a 'no score' for that round...shot 246 to tie for 16th at WCC Championship at Hiddenbrooke Golf Club in Vallejo, Calif...finished with stroke average of 76.6 to lead team.

SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Qualified for the 2010 U.S. Women[apos]s Amateur Public Links Championship, finishing in a four-way tie for third at 71 in the Chino Hills, Calif., sectional qualifying played at Los Serranos Golf & Country Club...shot 77-74 for a 36-hole score of 151 and survived some anxious moments at the end of stroke play to advance to match play at The Warren Course on the University of Notre Dame campus...defeated fellow California and friend Tiffany Lua 3 and 1 in the first round of match play, then saw her tournament come to an end with a 5 and 4 setback to another Californian and longtime friend Joy Trotter.

Misc.: 4.17 weighted high school GPA and was on honor roll eight semesters...has Gonzaga ties as uncle, Jason Van Nort, was a 4-year men[apos]s basketball letterwinner for the Bulldogs, earning West Coast Conference honorable mention recognition in 1985...has several family members in Spokane as her father, Steve, is from Spokane.
