SEATTLE - Loyola Marymount and Gonzaga squared off in Seattle after both teams fell to No. 9 Washington during weekend action in Seattle. The Lions downed their West Coast Conference foes 6-1 with Eduardo Kohlberg earning the lone GU point with a two-set victory over Leopold Graeubig in the number two seed match. Gonzaga was also in the hunt to earn the doubles point but Timo Barry and Shaun Whitney could not overcome Beau Berglund and Johannes Asuja, falling 8-6.
