SPOKANE, Wash.- The Gonzaga women's soccer team Senior Day ended in a double-overtime scoreless draw against visiting Portland Saturday afternoon on Luger Field.

Despite the scoreless draw, Gonzaga (6-3-1, 4-2-1 WCC) controlled the game offensively throughout with 11 total shots to Portland's five. Of the Zags' 11 shots, five of them were on goal while the Pilots tallied two. Gonzaga was also able to secure more opportunities off corner kicks, with six total corners in the game.

Lyza Bosselmann was in the net for 110 minutes, the entirety of the double-overtime contest. She tallied two saves. UP's keeper Madison Zamora tallied five saves in the draw.

GU also honored seniors Maggie Connors and
Alaysia Lane prior to the start of the match. Connors has played in 62 career games, starting 14, and has tallied nine goals, three assists and 21 total points over her four years as a Zag. Lane, a senior from Plymouth, Minn., has seen action in 33 career games, starting four, and she has scored one goal and delivered one assist with 14 total shots.
