MSOC: Stefano Campisi Named to College Soccer News Men's National Team of the Week

The team of the week recognizes players who played a key role in the success their teams had during the week
SPOKANE, Wash. -- The College Soccer News named junior midfielder Stefano Campisi to its team of the week. He is one of only 14 players in the nation recognized this week for his efforts in two wins for the Gonzaga men's soccer team.
In their season opening 2-1 win on the road at UC Riverside, Campisi alertly sent the rebound of his own blocked shot into the back of the frame to get the Zags on the board. He followed that up with a two assist and one goal evening in Gonzaga's home season opening 5-1 victory over Sacramento State. The 2-0 start for the Bulldogs is the best start since 2017 for the team.
