THE TIPOFF
- The Gonzaga women's basketball team returns home to play Cal on Thursday at 6 p.m.
- This is the second-straight season the two teams have faced each other. Last year, GU came out with a gritty road win in overtime, 78-70. Yvonne Ejim led the team with 21 points.
- Gonzaga is coming off a tough road loss to Stanford on Sunday, where freshman Allie Turner scored 18 points for the Zags. It marked the second-straight game that she had led the team with 18 points.
