Head coach Lisa Fortier on Yvonne Ejim: I am just really proud of her and happy for her. I think the way she's been able to transition herself from a a true freshman into this is, is pretty remarkable, She's put in a ton of work to change her game and the baskets she scores are so varied because of her motor. She is a special player and I'm really happy for her.

Yvonne Ejim on breaking record: It is just a really an amazing feeling to know that I did this for my team, for the school and for this program. I am very excited and very happy I got to this accolade. I know a lot of people were rooting for me, especially Heather Bowman, so it is just great to be up there with some amazing people who have come before me in this program. I hope that my path right now just builds a new legacy for players to come.
