SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga women's golf head coach
Brad Rickel announced the addition of Brenna Preap, a transfer from Grand Canyon University, for the 2025-26 season.
"We are very excited to add Brenna to our program," Rickel said. "She has showed she can be very successful at this level and brings with her a tremendous amount of collegiate golf experience. We see her as a vital part of our team over the next two years. She has lofty goals on and off the course which we love and look forward to her achieving those goals. She completed her undergrad in two years and will be starting her MBA at Gonzaga with eyes on Law School in her future. We know that she will come in and help on the course, classroom and add to a great team chemistry."

Preap recently graduated with her undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University and will pursue a master's degree at GU with two years of eligibility remaining.
Preap is coming off a second team All-Western Athletic Conference season for GCU. She appeared in every competition for the Lopes and tallied a 74.6 scoring average in 34 rounds. Preap's season-low round happened twice at 3-under (69). She shot a season-low 69/74/72 at the PING/ASU Invitational.
The Stockton, California, native led the Lopes at the WAC Championship, finishing 17th at 8-over par. Preap also took home WAC Golfer of the Week on Feb. 19.
Preap played for the Cambodian national team at the 2023 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Cambodia. The daughter of Sophie Lor and Ronnie Preap competed in both golf (4 years) and soccer (2 years) at Bear Creek High School.
