2019-2020: Improved her personal best times in both the 4Km and 5Km during the fall, placing 19^th in the 5Km at the Inland Empire Championships with a time of 18:09.0… recorded a new personal best in the mile with a time of 5:06.86 at the 2020 UW Preview in the spring.

2018-2019: Finished 33^rd and ran a personal best 19:47.0 in the 3.1-mile race at the Montana Cross Country Invitational… Improved her personal best in the 6Km at the NCAA DI West Region XC Championships with a time of 22:15.0… recorded three top 3 finishes during the track season, two in the 1500m and one in the 800m.

2017-2018: Began her collegiate career running in the Clash of the Inland NW where she placed 26^th overall... Recorded personal bests in the 600m, 800m, and 1500m... Had her highest finish at the Pelluer Invitational where she placed 2^nd overall in the 800m... Recorded four other top 10 finishes throughout the season in the 1500m and the 800m.

High School: Attended Niwot High School…Finished 7^th overall at the Wiggins Invitational….ran a personal best of 19:23.0 in the 5,000 meter race during her junior year… on the track, finished 3^rd at the Mullen Runners Roost Invitational in the 800 meter race…ran a 800 meter best during her junior year with a time of 2:24.27
