Gonzaga- (2018-19) Cross Country - Kicked off the season at the Clash of the Inland Northwest Invitational. Placed 6th at the Cougar Cross Country Classic covering the 8k course in 24:30.7. Took 2nd at the Montana Invitational. Was the teams 6th runner at the Wisconsin Pre-National placing 107th. Competed at the West Coast Conference Championships placing 45th. Capped off the season at the NCAA West Region XC Championships placing 172nd…Indoor - Ran a 3k personal best of 8:34.29 at the UW Preview. Competed at the WSU Indoor Track and Field Meet. Ran a 5k personal best of 14:53.69 at the UW Invitational. Also competed at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge…Outdoor - Ran the 5000m at the Buc Scoring Meet, Sam Adams Classic, and Mike Fanelli Track Classic. Took 1st place in the 10000m at WAR 12. Competed in the Mile at the Spokane Memorial 2019. Ran a personal best of 30:50.98 in the 10000 at the West Coast Invitational.
High School- Graduated from Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle, WA…helped lead his team to a 3rd place finish at the 2014 3A WIAA XC Championships…high school GPA of 3.9…personal bests 4:31 (1600) and 9:41 (3200)
Personal- accounting major…chose Gonzaga because of the tight knit community, strong running program and historic coach...weird fact: ran cross country as a freshman in high school with a broken back…secret addiction: ice cream…nickname: ciar-dawg
