Women's Soccer Campus Visits
Campus Visits

In the summer of 2018, the NCAA adopted legislation that limits the ability of Gonzaga coaches and staff to participate in campus visits prior to a recruit’s junior year. Freshmen and sophomores will still have the opportunity to engage with Gonzaga Women’s Soccer at one of our camps and participate in campus visit activities hosted by Gonzaga’s Office of Admission. Please review our frequently asked questions below for more information.

What has changed?

Gonzaga coaches and staff may not participate in campus visits until September 1st of a recruit’s junior year. Recruits who visit campus prior to their junior year will be unable to meet with a member of the Gonzaga coaching staff.

Juniors and seniors are encouraged to reach out to a member of the Gonzaga coaching staff to schedule a visit.

What was the reason for the change?

The new rule is designed to slow down the recruiting process and allow high school freshmen and sophomores to focus on academic and athletic success.
