High School: ran four years of cross country and track at Canyon…in cross country he placed first in the 3 mile at the Sunbelt League Finals during his senior season…ran a personal best of 18:09.0 in the 5,000 meters finishing second in the Norte Vista Invitational in 2013…on the track he placed fourth at the California State Championship Finals in the 800 meters as a senior…ran a 1600 meter best of 4:14.7 at the CIF-SS Division 2 Finals in 2014
 
College: ran three years of cross country and two years of indoor track at Portland…ran an 8,000 meter best of 23:56.1 as a sophomore at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational…recorded a season best of 22:57.4 in the 7,000 meters as a Junior…in track he ran a 1:54.2 season best in the 800 meters at the Washington Indoor Invitational in 2019.
