2018 NCAA West Region Preliminary Qualifier (3,000m Steeple)

(2018-19) Cross Country - Opened the door to the new season by placing 2nd at the Clash of the Inland Northwest Invitational. Also competed at the Inland Empire Challenge and the Sasquatch Invite…Indoor - Was a part of the DMR at the UW Invitational, placing 10th. Also competed in the Mile at the D1 Invitational Team Challenge…Outdoor - Ran the 5k at the Buc Scoring Meet. Ran his first Steeplechase of the season at the Sam Adams Classic, placing 3rd. Also ran the Steeplechase at the highly competitive Stanford Invitational. Ran a personal best of 3:56.29 in the 1500m at WAR 12. Ran a season best in the Steeplechase at the Cardinal Classic running 9:08.97.

High School- Graduate of Central Catholic High School in Portland, OR…helped lead Central Catholic to 3 6A OSAA Cross Country State Championships during his 4 years on varsity…placed 14^thas a freshman, 24^th as a sophomore, 5^th as a junior, and 8^th as a senior…3 time Nike Border Clash qualifier…also helped lead the Central Catholic Rams to the Nike Cross National Championships where the team placed 19^th…as a junior placed 3^rd at the 2014 OSAA Track and Field Championships in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:46.67…as a senior placed 4^th in 1500 meters with a time of 3:56.86
